Why we need to keep squatting...the benefits etc...

For those of you that know me, you will often hear me talk about the benefits of being able to squat. To get down, so we can get back up again. Basically I just want us to keep MOVING. Hanging out in deep, passive squats is not a great thing if that’s how we live, but being able to squat comfortably? YES. We should be able to easily squat, AND lift up out of it without going OOOFFF. To learn more about squatting, check out this great article.
